why dont details always change??

why when i keep changing details and stuff for my ancestors,doesnt it always register?ive been trying to update my mums details for days,and no success.lol.maybe i`m having a huge senior moment lol.love ann.xxxx |

That seems very strange Ann. My details change immediately I press Save changes. Are you talking about the "Edit" screen behind each family members name on your tree? If the deatils aren't changing straight way after you have clicked on the save (or is it update I can't remember although I have done it a million times!)I would notify the support team - there may be an error somewhere. Anne, I also thought my details we not updating after I received birth and marriage certificates and put the correct dates in. Then I remembered I had not unchecked the tick box to show it was an approximate date only. Dumb eh? Kathy |
