Dear Max Thank you very much for your help. Yes this is my family. William was born abt 1862 so he would have been 28/29yrs old. So probably would have left home if not married by then. Can't find him in the 1901 census. Mary ann would be about 23/24rs old. She could possibly have married Albert john coles in Dec quater 1889. Havent been able to check this yet. Charles was born abt 1869 so he would be about 21/22 yrs old. All were born in Milverton. Thanks for your help jane

Dear Max Have you got any more information re the Warwickshire entry. William chorley and Mary chorley (nee Hayward)had two children who moved to Aston in Birmingham Warwickshire. There names were Harry and Frederick Chorley. Mary would have been about 71 then as she was born about 25th Oct 1822 in Milverton somerset. Harry married a Mary Elizabeth Patrick in 1882 in Aston. Frederick married Sarah Chater in Aston 1884. Thank you again for your help Jane xx

Max Thanks for that transcription. The names don't ring any bells but there could be a family connection somewhere. As you say i shouldn't assume that they all came from milverton area as there are family connections in Bridgewater, Wiveliscombe and Huish Champflower. Jane

Max Thank you for that information you sent me. There doesn't appear to be any links with any of them which is a shame. This must mean that they either married or moved away. Thanks for your help Jane
