Thanks for the responses. I am not sure about these 2 Williams. THe age of 46 was approx. It's a big step up from coal miner to train driver? But you never know. Any more takers lol. Thanks again John

I have found an entry that is hard to read, but here goes! William Lloyd, 46, Head, Railway engine driver, born in Salop? Sarah, 46, Wife, born in Birmingham Florence E, I can't read her age William H, 16, Railway Driver 14 year old daughter, can't read her name 10 year old son, can't read his name 2 other sons, can't read their names or ages Kate, 5 Lloyd, William Relationship: Head County: Cheshire Age: 46 Civil Parish: Shavington cum Gresty Gender: Male ED: 39 Where Born: Shropshire, Surney Eccl. Hi found two possibles, although only checked for age 46 William 46 born salop railway engine driver sarah 46 florence 17 william 15 maud 13 frances 10 frederick 7 kate 5 all born birmingham Marverick? living at 2 Norg Greaty Read Shavington and william 46 stoker engine b wolverhampton sarah 46 thomas 15 jane 12 sarah a 8 all born birmingham living at 22 Viaduct Ince Lancs

I seem to have a knack at losing my ggrandfathers. I was wondering if a kind soul would do a look up for me. This is my ggrandfather William Lloyd (46?) married to Sarah Ann LLoyd (46?)and possibly have their daughter Ann Maria born 1866 so aged about 25. My grandfather won't be there but I am wondering which part of the country they were living in and whether ggfather had changed occupation form miner. Any help appreciated.
