Hi Kathleen When you log on to freeBMD scroll down half way down the page and click on the red search in a little box left hand side of the page. It will get you into free BMD page. Shirley

http(://)freebmd(.)rootsweb(.)com(/)cgi(/)search(.)pl This is the link that comes up when I go to the Freebmd site to do searches (minus brackets of course). I am guessing that the other people who have answered are right and that you are clicking on the Ancestry site which is an advert on freebmd. Freebmd is only UK. Hope this helps. Good luck with your search.
