Woolwich and Plumstead run into each other. Robert Street is in 2 parts. My daughter lives in Woolwich and most of the houses are victorian or older. I would be very surprised if it is not the same one you are talking about. There is a site www.Ideal-homes.org.uk that might confirm things. Shirley

I've just received a marriage certificate dated 1870 that has my rellie living at 7 Robert Street, Woolwich. The marriage is registered in the Woolwich district. I looked on the old maps site and found a street in Plumstead with this name. Does anyone know if this is likely to be the correct road? It appears from a modern map to still be there now. Does anyone know if these could be the houses which were there in 1870?
