I found this too, could not quarantine with Norton remove or repair, also make sure you disable your restore files, full instructions given with the tool.I found mine were infected but left them disable a few days then gave them a scan with trendmicro housecall, a very good online free virus scan.My computer has been clear ever since.I managed to pick the problem up within minutes of it starting to cause problems on my computer. Would love to know where it came from as I am so so careful with attachments.

We got this. Fortunately Norton picked it up, Unfortunately the virus is write protected so you cannot automatically quarantine or delete it through the Norton Package. Go to the Symantec site and use the removal tool, we did and we are now virus free. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR RESCUE DISKS until you have got rid of the virus on your hard drive otherwise when you use them you will reinstall the virus. www.symantec.co.uk Kaye

If you go to the Symantec website, you will find a sobig remover tool.Save to a floppy and let it check through your hard drive. There are good instructions. If you are receiving odd e-mails it might mean its on your computer.
