The 1851 Berkshire census has been fully indexed. The Berkshire Record Office staff seem really helpful and have answered index lookup requests from me, so I would suggest that you email them and ask if they could check the index. Their email address won't show up properly when I post the message, but Google will find their web site and the email address is shown under contacts. Judith
