Please help iam trying to trace my faimly in aust

Hi could anyone tell of any sites that would help me trace my family in aus. I have tried there phone book but dont seem to get much info from that or iam not looking in right place. Many Thanks Theresa.x |

Hi Jan Both really i know my uncle passed away around 2000 His name was lenoard jauncey, My aunt iam unsure of last contact early 1990, i know they both have children but thats all as they moved to aus in the early 1960s. Aunties name was louie llyod i know she had a daughter diane , sons trevour and eric. Theresa |

Do you know whereabouts in Australia they moved to? As sometimes towns have online newspapers where there are announcement archives sometimes going to 2000/2001. George |

Hi ya The last know place for my auntie was eaton western aus and as far as i know my uncle was queenslad i know his wife has since married a couple of times i think. |

Hello Theresa, I have only just seen your request for family in Western Australia. I live about 180kms north of Eaton, which is near Bunbury. What is the surname please. I can look in a local phone book or maybe I can find out on-line. regards, Mal Holmes in Perth. WA |

Theresa, Just read your request. I live in Queensland and found plenty of Jauncey's in Queensland, but of course no L. Jauncey's. Do you know if your uncle had any other relatives in Queensland? Don't mean to step on Malcolm's toes, but I also checked Western Australia for you, and found a PC Jauncey in Eaton in West Aust. Also an R Jauncey and S Jauncey in surrounding areas of Eaton. Very hard to narrow down L. Lloyd of Eaton. They may have moved on to surrounding areas. There are plenty of L. Lloyds and a few T and E Lloyds in the area as well. Sorry I couldnt be of more help.
