Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 12 Send Message	Hi everyone, I took up the free trial, and cancelled before the time period and still they have charged my card. The first e-mail I got back from them said they couldn't trace me, next thing they had charged my card £69.95p. I have contacted the credit card company who is sending me out a dispute form that I have to fill in and they try and sort it out but no guarantees!!! I have e-mailed ancestry and am awaiting their reply. be warned...... Iraina Witts
