help needed to find mothers birthmother

I am trying to find my mothers birth mothers family, all I have is my mothers birth cert. she was born in 1921, All I have for her mother is Florence May Bawden, 215 Forest Road, Walthamstow London E17. I cannot find any thing on the cencus any help would be appriciated.

having the same prob Perhaps you could try the local library and see if they have an electoral roll for the time. Not sure if there would be though. If there is, it might give names of birth mothers family living there, making it easier to narrow down your search. I think the next step is to try birth, marriages and deaths and the electoral rolls for now. Good luck lorraine
