I have found a family in the Welsh 1891 census, but unfortunately when I try to load the page I just get a blank. Could someone please try it and see if they get better results? I've tried four times with no luck. Its the Mcadam family on RG12/4491, 76, 68. I've copied from the index the names of the parents, four children, and brother and sister, their ages and places of birth. I need to know their address, occupations, and if there are any others with a different name at the same address. Any help would be very much appreciated. Jan.

I have had a look and I get an unavailable sign for this pdf file. I think that from time to time these are updated, so it is worth trying again. I have also found weird things going on when you move the cursor round the census return page, you can mysteriously move to another page, and then back. Other pages, it looks as though they scanned the wrong side of the page. These things are sent to try us!! Best wishes Neil

I was going to have a look for you, but it wont accept my login details. I know they are right, they are on the email they sent me.

Thank you for trying, anyway. I'll do as suggested and look again another time. I am doing this particular search for one of my new second cousins once removed, from a part of my family I never knew about before, who contacted me after seeing names I'd put on my tree here on GC. Apparently my side of the family had been lost for years, and I didn't even know it. Jan.

Hi Jan, Little message says 'missing image' Very helpful!! Perhaps you should e-mail them. The image must be somewhere for them to have got the index info. Debbie

I even installed the advanced viewer. Still get missing image. Cant seem to find an email address for them. Maybe I am just cynical, but why should they worry, they have got our money.

Carol I think the answer to that is that they could get a lot of bad publicity through this site's tip's board!! Neil
