Thank you Sue (joseph clewley) I had some of the details from 1901 census & 1881 census but as i diddnt have access to 1891 census no-one could find them for me !! also i had the wrong name for emily. thanks a big big bunch elaine x

Hi again, Looked on IGI and found marriage of Joseph Clewley to Jane Susannah Karner on 8 Jan 1860 at St Giles, Cripplegate, London. Sue

Just found Joseph on 1901 census, living in Enfield, Middlesex with wife Jane age 63 from Vauxhall London and presumably son William age 26 born Nine Elms, Battersea London. Having found him alive I checked 1881 again and found: Joseph CLEVELEY (transcription errors are very common), coach maker Jane Susannah Cleveley, wife Emily Ann age 16 b London Borough, Surrey Frederick Joseph age 12 b ?Riar St ?Hackfriars (could be Blackfriars) London Alice Maud age 8 b Lambeth William Richard age 6 b Woodgate Battersea David age 4 b Woodgate Battersea Elizabeth age 2 b Edmonton, Middlesex They were living at Highway, Enfield, Middlesex Sue

IGI is the International Genealogical Index and can be found at familysearch(.)org along with the 1881 census. Had a look on the 1881 but couldn't find them. Good luck, Sue

Have found on IGI - Joseph Clewly baptised 7 Oct 1835 in Crowell, parents William Clewly and Lucy. Also found marriage of William Clewley and Lucy Wibbles 1835 in Crowell. Also listed as son of William and Lucy is Edwin John Clewly baptised 20 Nov 1836 in Crowell. Sue

my g.g. grandfather joseph Clewley was born c1836. place of birth crowell oxfordshire . How can i find his parents names? how can i find out if he has any siblings? im at a loss, is there anyone who has info for the place of birth? Eg census for that area? many thanks elaine x
