The only are for i have was middlesex and some names of churches

Dawn, There are some members who have the London 1851 Census. I think it's searchable by address so maybe if you have an address and post it here someone might be kind enough to have a look for you so see who was at that address at that time. Could give you some leads. Good Luck Reagrds Margaret

Hi, Can't help with London I'm afraid. It was a big place even then. A Gentleman was someone who didn't have to work to eat. This could be a property owner, someone with investments, someone (like my 3xgt grandfather) who had built up a business then sat back and let someone else run it while he lived off the money. can anyone help me find charles southall, he was living in london with his wife sarah in 1830, i think he was born circa 1800 and is said to be a gentleman, what ever that means?
