I purchased a copy of the birth certificate for Frederick BELL, born in Reading 18/8/1858, parents Frederick BELL and Ann SPAYER. Unfortunately I was chasing a red herring! If this is your Fredreick Bell you'd be welcome to my now unwanted certificate!
