as much information as you can, such as their full names, their approximate ages/dates of birth, where they were born, where they are likely to be living, anything that will help us to pinpoint the person you want. If you know names of children (or parents) give that too. Searches sometimes take quite a lot of time, and if we have all the information to begin with it is such a help. Jan.

Hear Hear, I have found it can take two hour's to go through a reel of film if you have a rough idea where the person lives. Much easier if there are more details Ann,Darlington

Nudge. Quite often try to help people, but it usually takes a couple of e mails to find out all the info they have.Middle names are really important if looking for a living person. Sally

I did ask for full names to be given, but didn't think to ask specifically for middle names. I agree, they are extremely important, as sometimes the middle name is the one that is indexed. Jan.
