of course, didn't think i needed to mention that...of course it should be free what with all the taxes we pay is this country.

Wouldn't it be great if in the future all registrations documents, references and parish registers etc etc where put on an a easy to search computer database, so you didn't have to search through hundreds of microfiches and books etc. I reckon this would make alot of people lives easier. It certainly would mine. Then all you would have to do is go to the register office etc, go on their computer and type in what you are searching for, I doubt this is ever going to happen though. Do you?????
