Hello Pat Is this your Turner family group from the 1901 Census? It does appear to give you one more child to add to the list! Afraid without paying to view the census image I have no more information. PersonID - Where Living - Name - Age - Where Born - Occ 20805583 Aston Manor, Stephen Turner, 26, Handsworth Staffs, Lamp Dresser 20805584 Aston Manor, Maud Turner, 21, Stroud Gloucester 20805585 Aston Manor, William Turner, 3, Aston Manor 20805586 Aston Manor, Harry Turner, 1, Aston Manor Hope this is of some help to you and good luck with all your research Heather

I looked on FreeBMD but there are a lot of Turner births after 1900 and it stops at 1906. If you haven't already tried, some of the names may mean something to you. You could ask for copies of the certificates only if the parents match. Good luck.

Hi, If they were living in the same place for the intervening years it's likely that all the children were baptised in the same church. Search all "possible" church records for the baptism of a child you know the birthdate of and, when you've found it, see if the other children are in the same church records. This has worked for me in the past. Hope this helps, Gwynne

Maud Taylor married Stephen Turner in Dec 1896 in Aston Birmingham. I know they had children but this is where the confusion starts - I know they had a son called Harry Turner born circa 1900 and a daughter called Alice mary born 1911, I know there were other children born earlier than the daughter but i am having problems locating them. Things blur into one when it is your own tree. Please Help me solve this. regards Pat
