Thanks alot guys, I'll have a look. I suppose there was alot of 'unofficial adoptions' as well with all the devestation that went on; lost paper work etc. Thanks I'll continue my quest. Tracy

A search on 'Kindertransport' may be worthwhile.

Hi Tracy If you try www(.) adoptionsreunited(.)com and click on resources, there is a selection of other websites, I think I remember something about Jewish adoptions. regards Sue

Is there anyone out there that knows of a way to find info on war and post war adoptions especially european jewish children adopted by British couples? I have found out some intriguing leads in my search and am wondering if anyone has any ideas on the subject. Tracy White
