can`t change a mistake in my tree???

Hi, i`ve just realized that in my tree instead of 1885 i put 1985 for my gr.grandmother. I`ve tried changing it on the edit button but it still keeps showing 1985. Which apart from being wrong it looks odd as her death date is 1991. Does anyone know how i can correct this mistake please. Thank you very much, Julie.

check that the date of birth if entered is corrected as well or it will default to that

Julie Will it not let you simply overtype it? It might be worth a try. If not, try contacting GC. Regards Sarah
