Have found the name Croofoot in my family-1600s era. Can anyone tell me where it originates please? |

I found this by searching on Google which infers that Croofoot may have been an alternate spelling. Crafferd/Croofoot/ Crawford. As you have found it in the 1600's when not many people were literate Croofoot could just have been their interpretaton of the spelling. Alison |
