Dodgy families, those Barkers!! I have some in my family tree from Nottingham and they appear to have been marrying into other parts of my family. They have me totally confused! My husband thinks that I come from a family of inbreds!! Maggy, West Yorkshire

Could someone please do an 1891 lookup for Joseph William Barker (bn 1866 Whitby) a Civil engineer. In 1881 he is living in Thorncliff, Hampshire. In 1901 he is recorded as married, but he is living alone in West Ham. His marriage to Lousia Elizabeth Cole (born 1867) was registered in 1889 in Lambeth. I am having trouble finding her on the 1901 Census (there are sooo many Lousia Barkers in 1901). I am hoping someone can find her on the 1891 Census, so I can find a place of birth for her & in turn find her, and hopefully their children, on the 1901 Census Thanks Paul
