I am unable to trace birth entries for my grandfather ALFRED BOOM born circa. 1877 or indeed his siblings who were all born in East Shadwell, London. His father, JOSEPH (born in Germany) married MARIA (?) but there's nothing registered even though I think she was English. The only entry I can find for the family as a whole is on the 1891 census where I learned what I have just mentioned. I have tried LDS and Freebmd to no avail....where do I go from here!!! Any help for this beginner would be gratefully received!! Aileen x |
