Mary, Do you have your tree in another piece of software other then Genesconnected? If so, then you will have to copy your tree, edit the bits you want to send and delete the bits you dont. Then export as a GEDCOM file and email it as an attachment. If you only keep your tree on Genesconnected then your are stuck, because Genesconnected wont let you export a GED COM file - only import.
