Hi all! Please could someone tell me where I can access immigration records? At least one ancestor came from Scotland to England between his birth in 1826 and his marriage in 1847. He lived in Portsea (now Portsmouth and Southsea) which you know are coastal/port towns. He was a gunner in the RMA when he married which may explain why he was here. Thanks in advance, I am truly grateful for all your help with this elusive family! -Kat |
