1914-1918.net site has forums where you may get some help. The Webmaster, Chris Weymouth does searches, I have one being done at the moment.

I think you'll need to write to the Public Records Office in Kew. They have all the records or you can employ a researcher. If you do come accross a site - please let me know! I live too far from Kew and there's no way I could afford a researcher, but all my ancestors were RN or RMA! Hope this helps a little, -Kat
