Member Since: December 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	Look in the Public records Office on-line catalogue PROCAT. If you go to WO97 (war office, soldiers service documents) he may be there either as part of a regiment or singly. If he was an officer go to the Officers service details! This will give a document number which you have to go to Kew to view! Hope it helps, Billy

Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	there is a regimental website for the household guards and you can email them for info.My grandfather Thomas Derricott was in the household guard in the 1920's as well. He was regimental heavy weight boxing champion
