I've bought stuff from them as well as found them very helpful. Even if you email them via the contact us buttton, a reply usually comes back the same day

I have bought CDs from Stepping stones and they usually arrive within a couple of days of ordering them Also when I complained that the village I wanted to search was practically unreadable they sent me a a disc just for the village. The data had been enhanced by a new process they were trying out Bren

I ordered some CDs in June, as yet I haven't received them,when I rang them they said just before or after Christmas, but they didn't tell me that when I ordered them. In future I will stick with S&N or LDS June

Recently tried to buy an 1861 disc online and sent a query but they have not deigned to reply which is disappointing. The disc I bought was very comprehensive but not as searchable as the ones I have bought form my local fhs Barbara
