i have found my great grand mothers marriage on freebmd and want to order a marriage cert but the online reg at the census office asks me for a gro index is this vol 10b page 331 as given on free bmd ? ps thanks to all who explained person and page id's to me it helped me enormously |

Yes, you need the Year, District, Volume and Page e.g. 1874; Romford; 1b; 358. |
