Looking for a death

Hello Eveyone I can not find a death of my great grandmother Dora Chippendale the family say it was about 1963 when she died but i have checked 1837, ancestry,freebmd and the local paper and can not find anything. were all deaths registered or are these sites incomplete. were else can i look?

i tak it she did die in england , an was not on holiday in scotland for instance!!!!

All deaths in England and Wales are registered in the St Catherines House indexes. If you go to your local Record Office you should be able to check the deaths. Your local library will be able to tell you where your nearest office is. Good luck, Lilian
