I haven't been on this site for a few weeks and today i looked in ......... i looked at the new names added[that are the same as mine] and found "contacted" in red type after some of the names.I haven't contacted anyone and no-one to my knowledge has contacted me and i am at a loss to know what else it could mean...any suggestions would be most welcome. i've checked and there are no recent additions that i haven't seen. carole.

It could be people you have contacted in the past have added names to their trees. This has been the case with some of mine. Whoever you have contaced will show as contacted in red against any entry on their tree.

Perhaps you contacted someone through one of the Message boards here at the site one on one (opposed to posting on the board)? That would show as you having contacted someone ....just my two cents worth!
