Difficulty loading Gedcom, Ive been duplicated!

I have never managed to load my gedcom on here and I understand it. I always write to GC and they usually will do it for you if you send your gedcom |

Clare I think in that situation the only thing you can do is ask GC to sort it out for you Margaret |

Ive just deleted my tree and attempted to load my gedcom, it did it but then duplicated everyone, so i deleted it again, but it has left 2 of me, and it wont let me delete myself, so i cant do anything. Any suggestions please?? |
