Hello Mary Type Countersthorpe Leicester into search. click on East Midland Oral History Archive Teachers 'Resorces' Scroll down to Local Studies. You will find information of a recording made in 1989 from people who knew about Countersthorpe Childrens Home between 1900 and 1950 You may be able to find out about the recording from Leicester University.
