	Thanks - I have had them back in 4/5 days previously, but had seen they were having problems with volumns. Wondered how soon I should start to get excited

	The website says 4 working days from receipt of request until despatch. It was longer over christmas/new year and they had details up of the delays, that's now been removed so I assumed they were back to normal Zoe

	Can any one tell me what the current turnaround is for birth certificates ordered online from the ONS.
