Thanks - I have had them back in 4/5 days previously, but had seen they were having problems with volumns. Wondered how soon I should start to get excited |

The website says 4 working days from receipt of request until despatch. It was longer over christmas/new year and they had details up of the delays, that's now been removed so I assumed they were back to normal Zoe |

Hi, I usually order mine using the order form through the post and its usually around 7 days. I think the one I did online only took 4 or 5 days! Sarah |

Can any one tell me what the current turnaround is for birth certificates ordered online from the ONS. |
