I've just been given my latest batch of scans, but when I tried to download them, the site doesn't recognise my password. Can any transcribers help ? Terry on the Rock |

Hi Terence, I have had exactly the same problem for the last three days, so it seems that the problem is with BMD, probably their server (according to my husband!). At the moment I am just waiting to see if the problem resolves. Not sure what else to do apart from contacting them. Julie |
