Jean, They are on the 1901 census listed as Gills. If you download the census decoder at www.censusdecoder(.)com you can find them all together. Hello Jean On Ancestry there is the following: Bailey, Sarah Jane 1886 December Marriages London Middlesex 1c 651 GILKES, William Daniel 1886 December Marriages London Middlesex 1c 651 There was another male listed so other females are missing from the list. Do you know your grandmother's first name? still looking. will add anything else Michele

my grandads name waswilliam daniel gilkes living in homerton had several sons names we have are ben, bert bill arther and david who was my father my dad marriedin 1919 and grandad was dead then we know no more about him or the family he was a master mount cutter by trade can anyone help would be appreciated jean
