Eden Parkin Snaith - 1891 Census lookup pls

Hi, could someone do me an 1891 Census lookup please, based on the information from a wedding certificate. I'm looking for Eden Parkin Snaith (bn c1884). Given that her marriage in 1916 was in Bishop Auckland, I guess she'll be born some where in Durham County. Her father is listed as Thomas Snaith. Thanks in advance, Paul |

Hi Paul Thomas Snaith, head, mar, 40, coke traner?, Durham Etherley Margaret Snaith, wife, mar, 40, B/Auckland Robert Snaith, son, sing, 17, labourer in woodyard, Durham Etherley William P Snaith, son, sing, 16, grocer's assistant, Etherley Eden P Snaith, daur, 9, Etherley at 25 Newton Cap/Carp? Bank, Bishop Auckland Eden is transcribed as 9 but it looks more like 7 on the schedule. Emma. |

Thanks folks. I still can't link this family to my tree, but I can't believe they aren't some relative of my GGGG Grandfather Parkin Snaith. So now to try to find Thomas's father... P |

"Coke drawer" sounds fine to me. I imagine he would be someone who raked the coke from a coke oven in pre-mechanised days. |
