Susie, Have you noticed that when you search ancestry US for 1891 census - it's also throwing up the 1871 results as well - well Wales, Channel Islands and Isle of Man anyway? Emma.

I haven't been able to get the U.K. site to work for the last two days but today it has been fine for me.

You used the full website address. How did you do that? Why does GC censor me and not you? What's your secret?

You can use your log on information from the uk site to get onto the american site also and get all the same information from there. Maggy

Over the last few days I cannot get their website to load. The www.ancestry.com one works OK but not the www.ancestry.co.uk . It just says something like no such website !!! Their tech help denied any problem but I cant get co.uk to work at home or work. ANyone else having a similar problem???
