norton trouble!!Is Judythere??

I did go to norton website and renewed the both fine and the confriation of renwal has come through by email. But I cannot for the life of me find the box to put the key into activate it and renewal, I have gone through their troubleshooter but as the same windows don't come up I am stuck .Is this just a clever ploy of theirs to get money out of me. last time I updated my system crahesd 2 days later and I paide 30 odd pounds then too. I think I was better off with Avg at least I got some info and protection! Kim |

Hmmm....did you try going to Norton's website? You may be able to update direct from their site and they have a support link that should be able to assist you with the problem. http://www.symantec(.)com/avcenter/download.html Remember to remove the ( ) from the address. Judy |

have renewed my norton subscrition at 30 odd pounds and now cannot update it , it still shows expired but does not give me a space to inoput the subscription key, I have gone all round the website and the screens they show aren't the same as mine. Judy can you help me. The live updayte does not come up in wihte ,but grey and there is nowhere to put these pesky numbers.I seem to have wasted my money gain, there is no telephone backup either as i only have Norton 2002. I am loathe to spend any more no as I cannot use it at all. Pulling out my hair again.... kim |
