I also have been trying to get on 1837 online since yesterday afternoon but keep getting the 3 reasons message. Have just tried again but no joy! |

Hi ,there, had this problem all day...was ready to fling my computer..was convinced that "panda" installation had caused this "cookie " problem....am feeling better now...as it's nothing I've done wrong. cheers Joyce |

I'm having problems with it now. It keeps coming up on the 'time out' page. when I go to sign in, it sends me to sign out. Very annoying!! Is anyone else still not able to get on it? Gem:) |

I spoke to 1837 online earleir and they told me that their systems are all practically down as I had sent them an email as I couldnt remember my password and hadnt had a reply from them. They told me it had been off practically all day but were hoping to get it all up and running later today. Jayne |

MINES THE SAME THEY SHOULD GET IT SORTED HAD JUST FOUND A NAME I NEEDED CAME OUT OF 1837 WENT BACK AND IT SAID TIME OUT NOT CHANGED ANY SETTINGS NORTHING I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT. WAS FINE THIS MORNING AND ALL OF A SUDDEN GONE. |

I can get in but wont accept my credit card or either of our debit cards to get credits then says time out and kicks me off! Lou |
