It has taken me nearly 10 minutes to get on the messages site this evening. Its becoming ridiculous. PLEASE, if everyone mails a complain they will do something about this. The worrying thing is if they are overloaded, its possible the site will crash and then what us anoraks do without each other!! Please send a mail!

I think tonight is the worse it has ever been. PLEASE NOTE EVERYONE When you mail GR and click to go you then have to click again to submit. I wonder if some people havent realised this when they think they have mailed. SCREAM

Painfully Slow!! Email sent…eventually! People are losing out, how are we supposed to post the results of our look ups etc.. I really cannot be bothered.

Getting in in the first place is my problem - I usually time out before I am in - but I have found a quicker way!! Having said that, the service uis still quicker than the GRO (still waiting for certificates ordered 3rd Jan) Peter in NZ

I have been told that there is a problem with internet that affects South of England. I'm on tiscali and thats what they are saying. any thoughts?

If you send an email don't forget to add what time this occurred and what page you were trying to view. Also, get your stopwatch out and add how long it took for the page to load. Crista
