Like everyone else printing from Scotlandspeople. I have 3 certs on every print, but does anyone else wonder what happened to these other people. Particularly the births. I have one which haunts me a little. On 12 December 1883, a boy was born at Glasgow Maternity Hospital (Rottenrow?). As well as the stigma of being illegitimate at that time, his mother called him Napoleon McBride. What was the woman thinking? I often wonder how this poor wee soul fared in the world. Christine.

Hi Sheila, thanks for kind offer. Do you have any information on a William Kerr & Margaret Kerr(nee Fleming) in Edinburgh, somewhere? I know this pair were in Edinburgh about 1800 but can't find there deaths. Also an Alexander Kerr married to Janet(nee Roberts) son of above again in Edinburgh. Looking for their deaths. Sorry but that is all I know. Will understand if not enough info. Thanks Hilary
