i am giving away a very mature cold, complete with runny rose, sore throat, pounding head and cough like an old dog. any takers?? i always read on this board of people looking for bargains or freebies. this is totally FREE!!!!! all aplications considered.

It's very kind of you to offer your cold to anybody that wants it Kathleen, but sadly I must decline, I don't have the common cold I get mine from Harrods, (it comes in a little green bag), hope you feel better soon though!

Kathleen I've had the cold/cough/catarrgh 3 for the price of one bargain and have just finished the headache/stomach pain/vomiting & diarrhoea lovingly handed on by my son. So no thanks. nell

I've been trying to get rid of mine for more than 4 weeks. Coughing has me doubled up and crossing legs - nightmare. So if you find someone to take yours see if they will take mine too!!!

Hi Kathleen I'm back again, just keep taking the tablets, I find Paracetamol helps and a Synex spray, (can you advertise on here????) Caught mine off my wife and she is named Kathleen.lol Gordon from Stoke

Another tip for you Kathleen, for the sore throat gargle with Whisky and don't forget to swallow it, if it doesn't cure it you will fell better for it, hic. LOL Gordon

A garlic pearl every day & 500mg. vitamin C per day (1000mg. if you're a smoker) and I haven't had a cold for 3 years!! Used to get at least 1 or 2 a year. If you do get one take this remedy straight away & it will go much quicker.

Up to now I've always used Benelyn Day and Night tablets but was told I couldn't take them as I was on blood pressure tablets. So I stopped taking my blood pressure tablets (very unwise thing to do) so I could take it but the pharmacist said the decongestant causes the blood pressure to rise. oops! good job I wasn't due at the doctors. So had to resort to cough medicine from chemist (didn't work), fishermens friends, halls, tunes all to no avail. Still coughing with a vengence!!!

thanks to everybody for the tips, i dont like whisky gordon would red wine do?? i certainly wouldnt forget to swallow that.kate
