I just reloaded my tree and this time it has worked - took about an hour I think before I received the e-mail but it looks as though the problems are solved. I hadn't waited as long as some folk, only since Friday but I am glad the problems have been resolved now. I hope our messages were taken as warnings to stop anyone else having the same frustration of having an empty tree rather than moaning .... I know that was my intention ayway. Caroline

Cheers, I think something may be happening this time. I tried uploading at 7.30 and nothing, BUT I have just tried again and I got an error message saying that I have already uploaded a GEDCOM waiting to be processed. Fingers crossed. Russell

I think that everyone should be entitled to a subscription free period whilst the site is not doing what it was intended to do. If GR have deemed that to be a month, then so be it for everyone. Russell

my response too Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We are aware of this problem which is currently affecting come people uploading their gedcom files to the Genes Reunited website. I can confirm that our technical team are working hard to resolve this issue and whilst we hope to have this fixed in the next few days, in all honesty, we can't give you a definite date when you will be able to upload your file. We do regret the frustration and inconvenience that this situation is causing you and by way of making amends, we have extended the upgrade on your Genes Reunited membership by one month free of charge. Whilst it won't be possible to advise you personally when you are able to upload your gedcom file, please be assured that we are giving this our utmost priority and it will be fixed as soon as is possible. Many thanks in advance of your patience and co-operation
