Hello Judith, I just deleted my tree again even there was only me in it and tried again. The response is almost immediate and if you go to your homepage and keep refreshing, the numbers in your tree should keep increasing. Fingers crossed for you xxxx Russell |

Has been 10 days and still no tree plus I had to renew my membership today, but wondering why I bothered!! GR emailed me and said the problem was fixed and to try again but of no avail, still on my lonesome. Am I the only one?! Danielle |

Thanks everyone, I shall continue to make a nuisance of myself to them, until I get a result, I have sent them 4 emails, and only had a response to one, that in itself speaks of their lack of interst/concern!!!
