The easiest way I print the info from ancestry is right click anywhere on the page and select print. I find that quicker and better than using the print version...try it..you may get all the info. Colin.

Hi Duncan, Don't tell anyone but I am not good with computers but I do know how to copy and paste and thats as much as I do know. Also you will have a Word or Works bit on your computer if you go into start (bottom left) Microsoft Word or Works should be there. Betty

Betty are you trying to embarrass me? (I am smiling!) No I don't know how to copy and paste, as for a word document, I don't even know what one is. Maybe I have left a message which gave you the wrong impression that I was clever, when it comes to computers I am anything but. But I have mastered the Print Button - shame it doesn't work!!!!! Hi Kath, there's 2 very good reasons for that. The first is that I hadn't thought of it, the second is that if I had thought of it I would not have the slightest idea how to do it!!! Duncan

Sorry, can't help with the problem, but why not just copy and paste into a word document and then print from there. Kath. x

When I print the census transcript page from Ancestry, sometimes it prints fine, other times it just prints the advert at the top of the page. I have remembered to go to the Printer Friendly version, so it's not that. Does anybody else find this? Does anybody know why? Duncan
