Peter thank you very much will try later to do it, when you say save as gedcom file is that then stored on your computer;; Babs

First, go into FTM and save your database as a GEDCOM File. Click on File, Export file, Entire file (Or selected individuals if you want to chose who to upload) Chose where you want to save the file from the 'Save In' box at the top and finally select GEDCOM from the 'Filee Type' box at the bottom. The go back the GR and select Import Export Tree from the list on the left. Click on the Import GEDCOM button and follow the instructions.

Can anyone tell me can you up load your tree from FTM 2005 onto Ancestry site from comp;;??? thanks Babs
