I have been looking and looking over and over for arthur wiggins born in 1858 ish in laindon hills essex and anyone help? any ideas i have been on 1837online and looked from 1853-1860 but cant find him :-( thanks jess.

1861 census does not have a likely Arthur Wiggins. 1871 does have this chap Arthur Wiggins abt 1858 Laindon Hills, Essex, England Son East Tilbury Essex the actual image does not look like Langdon or Laindon, more like Louisdon. 1881 also has Laindon Hills, but Arthur is definitely in Orsett, which makes me think the birth ref we have all found is right. yeah i have searched from before 1884 cos annie was born in that year do you think i should look after that aswell incase they wasnt married before they had her? yeah that is his oldest daughter
