And this falls into the 'Tips Board' in what way ? Sorry to be a cynic but as IBM's 'Big Blue' computer proved give enough monkeys enough typewriters, in the end one of them will write a Shakespear play. In fact the amount of contact we have with the rest of the world it's remarkable we don't have more coincidences. Grumpy because I can't go out Matthew

The tip is: Don't be surprised if you encounter spooky happenings or coincidences in genealogy - OK Matthew! ;-) Cheers, Horatia

Matthew, I can empathise if you are bored and want to go out; but don't take it out on poor Yvette. Read a book, write a novel or look up a few more ancestors but for gawds sake DON'T get pedantic! ;-) I'm bored too! :-( Cheers, Horatia

There are a couple of web addresses for genealogically slanted web sites on this thread, so I reckon that qualifies it for the Tips Board nicely. You stick with us here, Yvette. Some of us are too cowardly to venture onto the General Board, having witnessed the regular blood-lettings there. Welcome to the Land of Yips! Tina

Yvette There is no need to remove this board out of all the people that have written on it there is only one who seemed unhappy..Why don't ask me! I think this is a great post you did and am enjoying the stories so you stay here and you write what you want..(cos I said so) LOL Thanks for starting a interesting topic Zoe :)

Yvette, Please don't take it to heart, don't take the thread down. After watching the mighty England (World Champions, before anyone starts) battering our Celtic cousins this afternoon, I was quite up for a few beers with my mates ONLY to be reminded by my wife she was off out tonight.................aaarrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh.......I'm stuck with the kids, don't you love them (gas mark 5, 3 hours, sprig of rosemary). I do find it funny however that you rarely see 'Tips' on the 'Tips' board. I didn't mean to upset Matthew
