Did you know that Winnie The Pooh was born in 1943 in Leicester? Jess, try that 'B' word spelled with an 'x' and you'll get a result for Bigg B----x.

Amused by the latest GR questionaire, so have done a little research of my own as to just who claims to be related to who, and there are some really stupid contenders. Top of the list has to be Robert (member 1002738) who has a 14487 name tree that includes Adam (b.4004, Eden). However, another member claims Adam was born in the year 4000, but withou applying for his birth certificate who knows which is correct? Robert also has 'Eve' in his tree (b. 4000, Eden), plus Cain (b.3905) and Abel (b.3900) - I have no idea where he gets these dates from. 'Jesus' (b. 4, Bethlehem) is also on his tree too, so god knows what the rest of his tree is like. Not to be outdone, I count eight people who list the great Winston Churchill (b1874, various locations) as an anestor, quite a few more who claim to be related to Queen Elizabeth II or Prince Charles, and several mentions of Diana Spencer (b.1961) to boot. There is even one hit for Adolf Hitler, though I wouldn't like to boast about a relative with this name, plus a couple for his sidekick Hermann Goering. Thankfully, no-one so far claims to be related to Osama bin Laden or Saddam Hussein that I can see, though it's early days yet!! There are several Mickey Mouses (b. Disneyland) that are just plain ridiculous, and I count at least twenty-three Henry the Eighths or variations thereof, plus quite a few of his predecessor, Henry VII. I can also see quite a few Elizabeth I's in the list. Clearly some people somewhere are having far more success with their trees than I. Are there any trees on here that are genuine? Someone even has David Beckham's kids, Romeo and Brooklyn on his tree. I wonder how many more famous (or infamous) people are lurking around on this site among those 50-odd million names... Anyone going to indulge me?
