I think Mary Ann is the dau of Charles and Ann Goodchild....though I had to go back to 1871 to find her at home! LOL In 1891 they have a ''son'' living with them called William Goodchild. He could be theirs as mum is only mid 40's, but just wondered if he is Mary Ann's? Then when she marries Frederick the child takes his name.......... NOPE - FORGET THAT IDEA.......William Goodchild is still with parents in 1901.........must have left a searchbox filled last time I checked for him......!! LOL Sorry! Merry

In the 1901 census I have this family living in Sunninghill Berkshire Frederick Dollery head Mary Ann Dollery wife and this is the puzzle William Dollery son age 14, now I do know Frederick and May Ann did not marry until 1892 so how can the 14 year old William be theirs I also can't find him in the 1891 census or his birth. Anyone any ideas Margaret
